Developing skills in assessing economics of preserving historic properties. Emphasizes exercises involving feasibility studies, pro formas, revolving funds, and identification of feasible users. Surveys Main Street program, heritage tourism, and heritage areas as revitalization techniques. Prerequisite: ARCH 441; permission of the program director.
