Forms
When someone fills out an interactive form, their responses are stored in the Development Center, where it can be viewed in the content management system or exported as a Microsoft Excel document.

You also have the option to receive the form results in your email.

When not to use a form

If you have a form in which you must ask for a Social Security number or credit card number, the Vignette interactive form builder should not be used.

The CMS is not on a server that has e-commerce security required to collect sensitive data.

If you need a secure form, it must be created through University Computing Services. You will need to fill out a request form to add this functionality.
