Insight and Research conducts various types of usability and interface testing, ranging from initial concept and comparative testing of different designs or sites in a given sector, to advanced usability testing combining eye tracking with more conventional usability software applications.

Structured interviews and self-complete questionnaires are incorporated post-session to contextualize data.  The end result is an in-depth analysis of the user experience, with empirical evidence of the relative strengths and weaknesses of an interface or application's design and usability.
