Erich Haught was born in the Midwest, graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa with a BA in writing in 2002, and currently lives in Lawrence, Kansas, where he tries to avoid work. Next fall he will enter the MFA program at the University of New Hampshire, where he plans to teeter on the line between madness and brilliance. He has a poem forthcoming in Oxford Magazine.
