Peter Gutierrez has sold short fiction to various genre publications, and has also published numerous comics and graphic novels. His collection of Japanese ghost stories, Shi: Kaidan, was nominated for an Eisner Award. Recenly his work has been mostly nonfiction, including his book The Story Behind All Quiet on the Western Front, to be published by Harcourt in 2006.
