Dr. Ho has been a faculty member at Ball State since 1996, and he also taught at Western Carolina University during the period of 1992-96. Dr. Ho has published numerous research articles on a variety of criminal-justice-related issues such as mentally retarded criminal defendants, police recruitment and selection process, police use of deadly force, Asian American in criminal justice, and hotel crimes.
