Current Projects: Indiana Main Street Technical Assistance Project
Main Street Assistance
A facade rehabilitation drawing of a building in downtown Mitchell, IN created by the Center.
The Center has an ongoing partnership with Indiana Main Street, a program of the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs. The "Main Street" concept uses design, promotion, organization planning, and economic restructuring to encourage the restoration and revitalization of historic downtowns.

Every year, the Center assists three to four Main Street communities with a variety of downtown and community enhancement projects. More information about the Indiana Main Street program is available at http://www.in.gov/ocra/mainstreet.shtml.
