Dear Graduating Seniors, Masters and Doctoral Students:
The College of Fine Arts Commencement Committee has been busy making preparations for spring commencement on May 9, 2009. This letter covers many important items that you need to be aware of to make your commencement a day to remember, so please read this letter completely. Share this letter with your family and keep it in a safe place to review again before commencement.
The processional for the University main ceremony will start at 10:00 AM on the Arts Terrace. The College of Fine Arts ceremony will be held in Emens Auditorium at 11:30 AM. Please be sure to line up for the processional in the lower lobby at approximately 11:15 AM. Refer to the enclosed Commencement Information flyer.
In case of inclement weather: The main ceremony will be moved to Worthen Arena at 10:00 a.m. (seating is limited). Please listen to broadcasts on local radio stations (WBST, 92.1 FM; WLBC, 1320 AM or 104.1 FM). Please listen after 8:00 AM.

11:15 AM Line up for College of Fine Arts commencement ceremony – Lower Level of Emens Auditorium

11:30 AM College of Fine Arts commencement ceremony – Emens Auditorium
