On 29 January 2009, a team of Ball State University experts will conduct a workshop focusing on the creation of high performance school buildings at the Kite Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Participants will learn about procuring, designing, and building schools in Indiana that can improve student academic performance and will learn about the Indiana guidelines that will take effect in January 2009.
The workshop will also review case studies of successful school design from around the country and is designed for architects, engineers, school superintendents, school procurement officers, and building and construction managers.
The workshop cost is $199 and includes breakfast, lunch and workshop materials.
