:: Dr. Jenzen Zhao

Dr. Jensen Zhao received his doctorate in Business Education from the College of Business, Northern Illinois University. He teaches courses in business and management communication and business information technology. His research areas include business and managerial communication, international negotiation, and computer information systems. He has written articles that have appeared in such publications as Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Business Communication, Business Communication Quarterly, Delta Pi Epsilon Journal, Information Technology, Learning, and Performance Journal, Journal of Education for Business, Journal of Business and Training Education, and International Advertising. Dr. Zhao also has his book, Web Design and Development for E-Business, published by Prentice Hall.
