:: Mr. Wang Tongcai

Mr. Wang Tongcai had worked as the director of Deyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce. Later he worked as the mayor of Mianzhu city, one of the city which is under the government of Deyang Municipality. He was also the secretary-general of Deyang Municipal Committee.

Now, Mr. Wang is the chairman of Deyang Municipal Friendship Association with Foreign Countries. He is also the head of Deyang Municipal Talent Development Leading Group in charge of the talent training and development work of the whole municipality.
