David Williams Russell, a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans and the chair of the International Group, has been recognized as an authority in the field of international commerce. He was named the 2002 World Trade Club of Indiana International Businessperson of the Year and has received numerous awards and honors. Mr. Russell concentrates his practice in the areas of complex international and domestic business transactions, financing, technologies law, privacy law, including HPAA health privacy compliance, marketing law and real estate transactions. He also has experience in corporate litigation and dispute resolution, including antitrust and patent litigation and transnational arbitration. Mr. Russell was instrumental in the firm's induction into the International Lawyers Network (ILN) and continues to build relationships with member firms around the world, in order to meet clients' international legal needs.
