Jeff resides in Yorktown, Indiana and is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Maxon Corporation. Jeff attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire graduating with a business major in accounting in 1978. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Wisconsin.

Jeff is currently a member of the following boards: Ivy Tech East Central Indiana Board of Trustees as Vice Chairman, United Way, Delaware Advancement Corporation as Treasurer. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of the Minnetrista Cultural Center, the Administrative Committee at St. Francis Catholic Church in Muncie and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jeff was previously on the board of the Muncie Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and the American Heart Association of Milwaukee.

Jeff and his wife Beth have two daughters.
