:: Ms. Joann Ingulli-Fattic

Ms. Joann Ingulli-Fattic joined Eli Lilly and Company in July 1977. Ms. Ingulli-Fattic’s current responsibilities include leading the human resource activities to support the Global Marketing and Sales Organization. Key activities include coordinating the worldwide marketing succession management process, implementation of a global marketing career path, and leading the efforts to increase global marketing competencies through assessment and experienced hiring recruiting efforts.

Ms. Ingulli-Fattic has had extensive experience in three areas of the Lilly organization; Clinical Development, Manufacturing, and Human Resources. Assignments include a five-year international assignment in the Asian Operations, China.

Ms. Ingulli-Fattic has a Bachelor degree in Biology and Chemistry from State University of New York.
