:: Dr. Fritz Dolak

Dr. Fritz Dolak's responsibilities at Ball State include the clearing of all copyrighted materials for all forms of distributed learning. Fritz also licenses electronic databases and electronic journals for use at Ball State. His statewide duties include being the Chair of the Indiana Partnership for Statewide Education's Copyright Committee the past five years.

As Chair, Fritz was invited to prived Federal testimony in 1999 [printed in the U.S. Register of Copyrights' "Report on Copyright and Digital Distance Education," May 1999] on the uses and abuses of copyrighted materials used in distance education courses.

Besides giving numerous copyright presentation at Ball State, Fritz has given copyright presentations and workshops throuhout Indiana and the United States.
