Download the Comprehensive Plan Document

You can download the actual comprehensive plan document as prepared by the CBP team.  The document is divided into four main sections: a community profile that provides a basic socio-economic picture of Syracuse, a community perspectives section that summarizes the public participation process, the comprehensive plan itself, which builds on the profile and community input, and a detail section that provides a deeper explanation of certain elements of the plan.  An executive summary also summarizes the plan, while an appendix outlines some possible funding sources.

The downloads are in Adobe PDF format.  PDF documents can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have Acrobat you can download it here free.

This is version 2.0 of the plan.  Expect additional updates to the document after comments from plan steering committee members.
