comprehensive plan guides decision-making, public investment, and
future development in the City of Seymour.
In this plan, specific goals for the city are defined as well as
steps to achieve these goals.
The plan is a requirement under State law as a prerequisite for
the City's zoning powers. Each of the goals set in this plan
are based on the community perspectives and
analysis of data in the profile. Each specific goal has different
time frames, both short and
long term, for accomplishment.
