Carol Keihn began teaching at Ball State University in 2002 after she obtained her graduate degree. She enjoys working with the junior level and senior baccalaureate students and helping them develop not only skills in physical assessment of patients for their clinical practice, but also skills for personal success in their college career and beyond.
Carol has worked the past nine years as a registered nurse on medical-surgical, critical care, and surgical units at Ball Memorial Hospital (BMH), a primary clinical practice site for nursing students at Ball State University. She also has pediatric, rehabilitation, and neurological experience from practice at other health care facilities. For the past six years, she has worked for an Indianapolis-based nursing agency, and she currently works on the medical-surgical unit at BMH. Carol loves being an RN and loves to teach!
