1. Be a graduate from a master's nursing program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
2. Be a graduate from a baccalaureate nursing program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
3. Have a minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale or a GPA of 3.0 in upper-division nursing courses in the baccalaureate and master's programs.
4. Have a 3.0 GPA from the MS Program.
5. Have evidence of completion of a physical assessment course (Nurse Practitioner Track and Clinical Nurse Specialist).
6. Hold a current license as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
7. Have submitted to the School of Nursing, a current TB result and Hepatitis B immunization, a signed proof of instruction in Standard Precautions, and a form allowing specified background checks.
