Degree in 3 track Students admitted to the university will submit a letter of request to the School of Nursing to enter the Degree in 3 track. Students take all prerequisite courses in order via the 3 year plan of study. Students apply to the nursing program during the first ten days of the second semester of the freshman year.General Applicant track Students admitted to the university with an interest in nursing may follow the General Applicant track. Students apply to the nursing program during the first ten days of the first semester sophomore year. This program is an 8 academic semester track.
Partners in Nursing Education (PNE) Students in the PNE route must meet all admission criteria and be approved by the Department of Military Science.
19 Month track Students who have already earned a baccalaureate degree in another Major, as verified by an official transcript from a regionally accredited college or University, will follow the 19 month plan of study set up for them.
LPN to BS track Students who are licensed practical nurses (LPN), with unencumbered Indiana licenses, will follow the LPN to BS plan of study set up for them.
