How to Apply

Students must first apply and be accepted to Ball State. Click the links below to learn more about university admission requirements and procedures.

For undergraduate and bachelor's degree programs, contact the Office of Admissions for information about admission requirements and to apply.
For graduate admissions, contact the Graduate School. Graduate students must apply to both the Graduate School and the academic department.
International students should contact the Office of International Admissions.
For online master's degree programs, contact the Graduate School. Graduate students must apply to both the Graduate School and their major's academic department.

Admission to some degree programs, such as nursing and interior design, is very competitive. Students are encouraged to apply early. Check with the program area to learn more about application deadlines and requirements.
