June 8: Issue Development Workshop
5pm to 10pm, CAP:IC, 22 E. Washington St. Suite 210
You are invited to an "issue development workshop" focusing on
urban design issues in our second critical study area, the
BioCrossroads Research Community (Stadium Drive area and North
Canal/Illinois/Capitol Corridor). The purpose of this workshop
is to examine broad urban design issues and elements relating
to the study area, which will help set the stage for the
guideline development workshop June 24-25.
This workshop will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2005 from 5pm to
no later than 10pm at the CAP:IC office, 22 East Washington
Street Suite 210. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
The format will be a hands-on discussion and workshop with
plenty of maps and markers. While this event is sponsored by
the Critical Area Subcommittee and the UDOC Management team,
anyone interested in helping to define the issues the June
24-25 guideline workshop should address are welcome to attend.
