Over 125 neighborhood residents and business owners attended the Town Hall meeting on February 21, 2004 to kick off the Irvington Neighborhood Plan. Meeting participants received an information packet that is also available for download here as a PDF document.  This packet contains process information, committee descriptions, and Irvington Organization descriptions.  Participants also discussed issues by committee area and were able to sign up to serve on a committee(s).
