Indianapolis City Discovery Center Initiative

“What is the City Discovery Center?”

It’s a visitor center.
It’s an information center.
It’s a business recruitment center.
It’s a learning center.
It’s a place to show-and-tell.
It’s a creative “hang-out”.
It’s the Indianapolis City Discovery Center.

The City Discovery Center would be a place to come learn about what there is to do and see in Indianapolis today, what developments, projects, and other activities are planned for tomorrow, and explore, debate, and influence what the city and city life might be like in the future.

The City Discovery Center would be a place to collaborate, where all entities working together for a better future, including non-profits, government, and private enterprise, can collaborate and clearly communicate the importance--and results--of their partnerships.

The City Discovery Center would be a place to engage residents and visitors alike. It would be a place to showcase and “sell” how the city is moving forward in the twenty-first century
