The Indianapolis Cultural Development Commission supports and encourages an environment where arts and culture flourish, and lets the world know about Indy's vibrant cultural scene. The Commission partners with organizations such as the Arts Council of Indianapolis, Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association, and Indianapolis Downtown, Inc. on various programs.
