Biographical Sketch

Wayne M. Weber, FAIA, is an architect professionally and also an accomplished photographer. He systematically documented the covered bridges in Indiana photographically, beginning about 1957, and is the author of Covered Bridges in Indiana (Midland, Mich., 1977) and The Covered Bridges of Parke County, Indiana (Indianapolis, 1980).

Scope and Content

Wayne M. Weber's documentation of Indiana covered bridges, including 151 color slides, nearly 400 photo negatives of covered bridges, 18 photo negatives of drawings, and 5 drawings on boards.  Ca. 1957-1974.
