How are your “people skills”? Maintaining great workplace relationships requires tact, assertiveness, and flexibility. In this session you will learn how to polish those much-needed skills. You’ll learn how to react quickly and how to manage your body language. Plus you’ll learn the secret to being a better public speaker, whether in front of one person or dozens. Most importantly, you’ll receive friendly feedback on how to help others see you at your best. The session will conclude with a mini-consulting period about specific issues or questions you may have.
