This communications workshop is recommended for anyone who has a vested interest in their department’s website. Along with Sitecore Basics training, this is one of two sessions required to gain access to Sitecore.
Topics covered include Ball State’s brand as it applies to the web, editorial style guidelines for writers and editors of content, web policies & procedures, and website information architecture (IA).
