BSU Swim Camps provide young athletes, ages 8-18, with a unique, informative, and exciting living and learning experience. The coaching staff is talented and knowledgeable. We maintain a ratio of 1:7 to provide personalized attention. Each camper learns about the latest trends and training techniques in swimming. They will learn how to mentally and physically prepare for competition. Lectures and personalized instruction focus on goal setting, mental training, strength, flexibility, training techniques, nutrition analysis, pre-competitive meals, and how these contribute to swimming performance. The sprint camp gives special emphasis to sprinting and how to swim fast.
