Employees are authorized to have insurance coverage on their electronic device if available.  This is an optional expense that will be reimbursable.  However, employees are required to replace lost or stolen devices and resolve problems with service or equipment while receiving a monthly allowance. 

Insurance on Verizon devices must be chosen within 15 days of device purchase.

Insurance on AT&T devices must be chosen with 30 days of device purchase.
