Minutes in excess of 10 minutes per month exceed de minimus usage.  Therefore, the entire 10 minutes, plus the overage minutes will be reimbursed at a cost of $0.25/ minute plus any incremental costs.  Contact your business manager or budget director to make reimbursement.
