The policy states that the final and authorizing approval will be the Associate Vice President for Business Affairs.  Therefore, all existing and new electronic devices will be reviewed and approved.  Telephone Services will be offering a rental program for short term events, emergencies or scheduled conferences to accommodate communication needs.
