Bursar: Cardinal Quick Pay
How can others pay my Bursar Statement on my behalf?
If established as an authorized payer, he or she can pay by e-check. Checking and savings account information from a bank within the United States can be entered at www.bsu.edu/quickpay. You will have the option to have the site retain your bank account information or you may enter it each time you make an e-payment. No one else will be able to view a payee's confidential account information, not even the student. In the interest of security and privacy, each authorized payer is assigned a separate PIN to access their account and payment history.

If the student has not established you as an authorized payer, you can make payments as a guest payer if you know the student's Ball State student ID number.  Guest payers do not have access to account information.  The student will receive an e-mail confirmation of the payments made by guest payers on the student's behalf.

If students, authorized payers, or guest payers do not wish to pay online, they can print the Bursar Statement and send a check, money order or cashier's check along with the remittance to:
