What are the benefits of Cardinal QuickPay?

Secure and convenient online access - 24/7:
- view and/or print Bursar Statements
- view current account activity
- make electronic payments to your account from your checking or savings account (U.S. banks only)
- set up authorized payers
- manage your payment profiles
Information is secure and confidential – only those who you authorize can access your bursar information.
Students will receive an e-mail notification each time a Bursar Statement is ready to view via their Ball State e-mail accounts. Students can add authorized payers to also receive the e-mail notification.
Guest payers can pay online if they know the student's last name and their BSU ID. Guest payers do not have access to the student's bursar information.
If you pay online from your checking or savings account, you will see your e-check payment on the "payment history" after receiving your online receipt.
Payments will be credited to the student's account the next business day.
