A $10 charge is required for a new or replacement BSU ID card; however, to reinstate a BSU ID, a $3 charge applies.  This charge may be paid at the Bursar's Office, Lucina Hall, Room B31 during normal business hours.

Once you provide proof of payment, you may obtain a BSU ID card at the Registrar's Office, Lucina Hall, Room B43.  To validate your identity, you must bring another type of picture ID (i.e. a driver's license, charge card with picture, etc.) with you.
