Your financial aid checks and correspondence from the Office of Bursar and Loan Administration, are sent to the same address you maintain with the Office of Registration and Academic Progress. Therefore, it is essential that your address be updated as it changes. 

You may change your local and home addresses online or in the Office of Registration and Academic Progress (also known as the Registrar's Office), LU B43.  

The online change of address form uses your Ball State computer user ID and password (which is the same as what you use for other web applications, i.e. grades, course request). You may also update the contact information for your family members with the online form. Online changes are effective immediately in the Registrar's system; however, a time lag is required before the address is transferred to the Office of Bursar and Loan Administration.
