Why doesn't my PBN work?
The most common reason for a PBN not working is that you've ran out of minutes. To check the number of minutes remaining on your account, click here. If you still have minutes remaining it's possible that the number you're calling is experiencing problems and the system cannot complete the call. If you're attempting to dial an international number, make sure that you've signed up for the international dialing plan. If none of these scenarios apply to you, click here to open a trouble ticket.

Can I use my PBN at a payphone?
No. Payphones are not connected to the Ball State telephone system and will not recognize your PBN.
