What is Campus Messenger?Campus Messenger is a voicemail service that will answer calls to your phone after three rings or when you are on the phone. Callers will hear a customized greeting, and then they can leave a message for you. Messages can be checked from on or off campus.
You can also sign up for Enhanced Voice Mail. This service adds Email notification and web enabled services to your mailbox.
This service is only offered to Ball State students living in the residence halls and university housing.
Price includes Campus Messenger voicemail service and BSU Caller ID.
Make PaymentPayments may be made in person by cash, check, or credit card at the Telephone Services main office. The office is located at 321 N. College Ave., Muncie, IN 47306. Credit card payments may also be taken over the phone at 765.285.8417.
