Turning an old millrace corridor into a new community attraction is the challenge for Goshen Mayor Allan Kauffman; Dave Daugherty, president of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce; and Andy Frech and Tom Stark, cochairs of the River Race Committee.
Even though the grass grows long along the banks of Goshen's sleepy millrace canal, a few visionaries can already see the potential this forgotten waterway holds.
