
Ponder the purpose and importance of size in art at the Ball State University Museum of Art Family Day on Sunday, July 12, 2009 from 2:00 - 4:30 PM. Miniature makers will have demonstrations showing how they make every day and fantastic things scaled so small. Tour A Matter of Size to see how the size of art affects how you view it. There will be a story time to hear about all that is big and small, plus other literacy activities, and hands-on art activities for children and adults alike with the BSU Art Education Club.
Participants will have to opportunity to sign up for library cards at the Muncie Public Library and get information on their upcoming library programs. Door prizes and giveaways will also be available for each family.

'Sizing it UP Family Day' is presented in partnership with the BSU Art Education Club and Muncie Public Library. The Family Day is offered in conjunction with the special exhibition, A Matter of Size, on view through September 6, 2009.
