Have you seen the Cardinal Pride license plates on cars throughout the state? These plates provide a great opportunity to promote Ball State and assist your Alumni Association. They are issued as the standard vehicle registration plate (Indiana residents only) for passenger cars, recreational vehicles, and trucks weighing less than 11,000 pounds. The plate costs $25 per year (payable to the Ball State Alumni Association)--in addition to the $15 annual special recognition plate fee payable to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles along with your annual vehicle registration fees.
To obtain your plate you may use the SECURE ORDER FORM and pay the BSUAA $25 fee with a credit card. Make sure that you read the instructions and provide all of the requested information. The validated application will be mailed to you. After you have received the application, take (or mail) it to your local license branch along with the vehicle registration and payment.
If you prefer not to utilize the online method, the form may be downloaded and mailed to the Ball State Alumni Association. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download the form.
Please note, one form is now being used for both renewals and new applications.
Once the form has been downloaded, you may print, complete, and mail the application to us along with your $25 check or money order made payable to the Ball State Alumni Association. Upon receipt and processing, we will return the validated application to you for submission to your local license branch.
