• There is no registration fee to participate in the contest
• Maximum of $75 for decorating expenses allowed.  A copy of all receipts and a total amount spent must be given to the Homecoming Steering Committee Residence Halls Liaison at the time of judging
• All Residence Halls must abide by rules and regulations established by Housing/Residence Life, as well as all Fire and Safety Codes
• Decorating will be judged on creativity and appearance as well as adherence to the 2008 Homecoming Theme, "Red, White + U!"
• All decorating work must be completed by 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 19.
