Football Lettermen from the classes of 1958-1971 are invited to join us on November 4-5 for two days of fun and reminiscing.  There will be a gathering on Friday evening and several events on Saturday, including a tribute to Coach Ray Louthen and recognition of the 1965 undefeated Grantland Rice team at the Cardinal football game.

On Friday, November 4, 2005 at 7:00 p.m., football lettermen and guests will meet at Damon's Restaurant, located at 3451 N. Nebo Road in Muncie, for dinner and a chance to get reacquainted.  Dinner will be ordered off the menu and paid individually.

On Saturday, beginning at 11:30 a.m., and during half-time, you are invited to tailgate with the Cardinal Football Alliance in the Gold parking lot.  Food and beverages will be provided by the CFA.

The Cardinals will take on Akron with a 2:00 p.m. kickoff.  Seating will be reserved in the South end zone (located on the Football Training Facility) for our group.  During the game there will be a tribute to Coach Ray Louthen, and the undefeated 1965 Grantland Rice team will also be recognized.

Following the game until 7:00 p.m., you are invited to a pizza and beer gathering at the Alumni center.  If you haven't grown tired of memories of the good 'ol days and football stories, you are welcome to join the group at the Signature Inn after 7:00 p.m.

For further information, or to make a reservation, contact the Alumni Association.
