All of the wood in the room is maple, including the cabinets and floors. The large screen television can be hidden by the doors folded in the wall and the bookshelves hold BSU memorabilia . The doors next to the television lead to a pantry and this area is the only kitchen space maintained by the Alumni Center. All other kitchen space is maintained by University Banquet and Catering. The stone around the fire place is granite and there are gardens planned for outside the exit doors.
