The Ball State Miller College of Business Alumni Board annually makes recommendations to the department faculty for the following awards:

Hall of Fame Award

The nominee, who must be an alumnus of Ball State University, should hold a position of distinction in business, government, or academe, and should demonstrate exceptional success in his or her field. The nominee should be recognized as a civic leader as exemplified by volunteer efforts and as a significant supporter of Ball State University.

Award of Distinction

The nominee must be an alumnus of Ball State University and its Miller College of Business and hold a position of distinction in business, government, or academe, and demonstrate outstanding success in his or her field.  The nominee must also demonstrate loyalty to, support of, and leadership on behalf of the Miller College of Business, and be a recognized civic leader.

Distinguished Partner Award

The nominee should be a recognized civic leader as exemplified by volunteer efforts.  The recipient should be recognized as having made a significant contribution to the Miller College of Business of Ball State University.

Award of Achievement

The nominee must be an alumnus of the Miller College of Business and in a position of responsibility, demonstrating success in his or her career, and demonstrating support of the Miller College of Business and Ball State University.

Applications are accepted throughout the year and will remain in consideration for three years.
