Members Present: Tom Andrews, Jason Blythe, Julie Bradshaw, Brenda Cox, Chad Ellis, Mark Hess, Ernie Krug, Russ Lawrence, Josh Mason, Steph Meyers, and Deb Petro.

Golf and Dinner Outing – Bob Browning reported that head basketball coach Tim Buckley and head football coach Brady Hoke attended this year. 79 golfers participated and 82 attended the dinner. The board agreed to return to Pebble Brook for 2006. Bob will chair the event and contact Pebble Brook to confirm a date for next year.

Accountants' CPE Seminar – Kevin Ervin reported there were 22 in attendance at the Seminar. Kevin agreed to chair the outing in 2006.

Indians Picnic and Baseball Outing – Tom Nowak reported that 69 alumni and friends attended. It was a very nice evening with fireworks after the game. Tom recommended we continue the outing in 2006 and look for a Sunday game. Tom and John Waite will chair the outing.

Symphony on the Prairie Outing – There were more than 140 reservations for the outing. A special thanks to Julie Bradshaw for making all the arrangements for the pre-symphony reception. The board agreed to continue the outing in 2006. Teachers College alumni joined the event again this year.

Hoosier Park – Steph Meyers reported that attendance was lower this year because the Colts game was televised during the Hoosier Park outing. There were 40 attendees. Steph agreed to chair the outing again next year with help from Jason Blythe.

Indiana Ice – Tom Andrews has finalized plans for the January 29, 2006 Indiana Ice vs. Green Bay Gamblers outing at the Pepsi Coliseum. The pre-event outing will be in the VIP room this year. The pre-game begins at 4:00 p.m. and the game begins at 5:00 p.m.

Casino Night – Steph Meyers has finalized arrangements for Casino Night at Jillian's on Saturday, February 4, 2006. The doors will open and registration begins at 5:00 p.m. Gambling is from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with the prize drawing at 8:15 p.m. Board members are asked to gather prizes for the drawing again this year.

Theatre Outing – Brenda Cox has finalized plans for a Theatre Outing scheduled for Sunday, February 12, 2006. A reception will be hosted at the Rathskeller beginning at 1:00 p.m. with the Stomp show at the Murat beginning at 3:00 p.m.

Board Positions – Julie Bradshaw, Chad Ellis, Russ Lawrence, Steph Meyers, Tom Nowak, Deb Petro, Kara Traut and John Waite have agreed to new two-year terms. Mark McClintock has resigned his position. Mike Shumaker, '73MA77, and Chris Bias, '92, have agreed to join the board. Mike was nominated by Julie Bradshaw and Chris by Brenda Cox.

Board Elections – Brenda Cox was elected president and Russ Lawrence vice president.

Next Board Meeting – The next meeting will be Thursday, March 2, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. The location will be announced later.
