Members Present – Tom Andrews, Julie Bradshaw, Brenda Cox, Chad Ellis, Mark Hess, Ernie Krug, Russ Lawrence, Mark McClintock, Steph Meyers, Tom Nowak, Deb Petro, Kara Traut, John Waite and Audra Wolf.

Ice Outing – Tom Andrews reported that attendance was down this year. The outing was held on Valentine's Day, which may have been a contributing factor to the lower attendance. Tom will chair the outing next year and will look into returning to the Ice House VIP room.

Casino Night – The Saturday, February 7 outing was a sell-out again this year. Outing chairman, Steph Myers, reported turning away 20 to 25 people because of space restrictions. The board will look at El Sol in Union Station as a possible location for next year. El Sol will be able to offer additional space for the outing.

Golf and Diner Outing – Bob Browning has confirmed arrangements for the Wednesday, June 16 outing at Pebble Brook Golf Club in Noblesville. John Waite, Russ Lawrence, Mark Hess, Kevin Ervin and Tom Andrews volunteered to help Bob find additional teams for the outing.

Continuing Professional Educational Seminar for Accountants – Kevin Ervin will chair the event again this year. Arrangements are complete for the Wednesday, June 16 Seminar, which will be held at Lutz's Restaurant in Noblesville. Cost for the Seminar will be $65.00.

Indians Picnic and Baseball Outing – John Waite and Tom Nowak reported that plans are complete for the outing on Saturday, June 5 at Victory Field. Special entertainment will be provided during the evening by The Blues Brothers Band.

Symphony on the Prairie – Julie Bradshaw and a committee of Julie Griffith, Russ Lawrence, Chad Ellis, Kevin Ervin Mark, McClintock and Dick Isenhour will make arrangements for a Saturday, August 28 outing. The entertainment will be Flash Cadillac. The board will again host a reception beginning at 6:00 p.m. before the 7:00 p.m. show. Mark will provide beverages for the reception.

Horse Racing Outing – The board agreed to continue with Thoroughbred Racing at Hoosier Park in Anderson. Steph Meyers will confirm arrangements for a Sunday, September 12 outing.

Indiana Firebirds – Kara Traut has made arrangements for a board planning meeting on Sunday, April 25 with the Indiana Firebirds. The planning committee will attend the game and make a recommendation to the board on a possible alumni outing at a Firebirds game for winter 2005.

Chemistry Outing – The board agreed to help sponsor an outing with Chemistry Department Chairman, Dr. Robert Morris, '86, on Wednesday, May 12. The reception will be held at Jillian's beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Board Member – Jerre McManama resigned his position on the board.

Next Meeting – The next board meeting will be Thursday, August 26 at 6:00 p.m. The location will be announced later.
