Members Present: Tom Andrews, Bob Browning, Brenda Cox, Chad Ellis, Kevin Ervin, Julie Griffith, Dick Isenhour, Ernie Krug, Russ Lawrence, Mark McClintock, Steph Meyers, Kara Traut, and Audra Wolf.

Golf and Dinner Outing - Bob Browning reported that 64 alumni and friends attended the outing at Pebble Brook Golf Club in Noblesville. The board decided to look at additional locations for 2004. Kevin Ervin and Bob will contact the Fort Benjamin Harrison Golf course.

Accounts CPE Seminar - Jim Schmutte and Jim Duncan returned as presenters this year and the seminar was well-attended. Outing chair Kevin Ervin will work with Bob Browning on a location for 2004.

Indians Picnic and Baseball Outing - At the board's suggestion, the outing was moved back to a Sunday evening and attendance improved. The board asked Tom Nowak and John Waite to co-chair the outing again in 2004.

Symphony on the Prairie - Julie Griffith reported for the outing committee. The Teachers College Alumni Association joined the Indianapolis group this year. Teachers College guests included board members and Roy Weaver, dean of the college.

Hoosier Park Outing - The horse racing outing continues as a successful event. Outing chair Steph Meyers told the board that not competing with a Colts game improved attendance. Steph will plan the event for 2004.

Indianapolis Ice Outing - Tom Andrews has confirmed plans for the February 14, Valentine's Day outing. We will return to Edy's Grand Hall for our pre-game outing. The pre-game begins at 5:30 p.m., with the game beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Casino Night - Steph Meyers reported that the annual sold out-outing will be hosted Saturday, February 7 at Jillian's. Registration will begin at 5:00 p.m. and casino games will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Board members are asked to provide prizes.

Watch Party - The watch party will be Saturday, February 28, beginning at 3:30 p.m. The game between Ball State and Bowling Green will begin at 4:00 p.m. Outing chair Chad Ellis and his committee of Steph Meyers, Mark McClintock, and Russ Lawrence will confirm a location for the event.

Arena Football Outing - The board decided not to host the outing this year. Kara Traut will investigate a possible board outing with the Indianapolis team.

Winter Flyer Deadline - All information for the winter outing flyer is due to the Alumni Association by Tuesday, December 2.

Board Positions - All board members with terms expiring in December 2003 accepted new two-year appointments.

Board Elections - Brenda Cox was re-elected board president, Russ Lawrence was elected board vice-president and Steph Meyers was elected to serve as the board's representative to the Alumni Council. Cox and Lawrence were elected to two year terms and Meyers was elected to a three-year term.

Next Meeting - The next board meeting will be Thursday, March 18, at 6:00 p.m. at Cinergy.
