Jennifer Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from Ball State University in 2002 with a minor in Anthropology.

After graduation Jennifer moved to Orlando, Florida, and began working in Guest Relations and VIP tours for Walt Disney World before being promoted to Retail Guest Service Manager at Epcot.  She is currently the Guest Service Manager for Disney Photo Imaging at the Magic Kingdom.

She and her husband, Rob, were married in 2006 and travel to the Florida Keys and Key West to scuba dive whenever possible.

While a student at BSU, Jennifer was involved in the Anthropology Club, was the Founder of the Walt Disney World College Program Alumni Association at BSU, and served as president of the WDWCP chapter.

When asked how her experiences at BSU helped her in her career, Jennifer says, "While at Ball State, I was able to begin working for the Walt Disney Company as an intern, a dream I had since I was two years old."  She goes on to say, "Ball State was a great stepping stone towards a career and future with a great company that I love and cherish."  Jennifer doesn't get back to Ball State as often as she would like, but says she is able to "keep in touch with previous friends and professors that have made an impact on my life."
