Join area alumni and friends for a reception and dinner at the historic Hotel Washington, located at 515 15th Street NW, Washington, DC (across the street from the White House). President Jo Ann Gora will give a brief presentation on Education Redefined and provide an update on the university. Other guests include: Ben Hancock, Vice President for University Advancement; and Tom Collins, Ball State Athletics Director. Cost of the host reception and dinner is $60.00 per person. 11:30 a.m. - Escorted Tour of the U.S. Naval Academy
Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center, 52 King George Street, Annapolis, MD 21402
$7.50 per person
- Historical tour highlights life at the U.S. Naval Academy past and present. Tour includes Lejeune Hall, Delgren Hall, Bancroft Hall, Tecumseh Court, Herndon Monument, the Chapel (when open)) and crypt of John Paul Jones, Revolutionary War naval hero. Tour lasts one hour, 15 minutes.
2:00 p.m. - Alumni Pregame Outing at NavyFest
Tent located in the north end of the stadium parking lot (the water tower area)

- Cost of the pregame includes soft drinks, beer, and a BBQ lunch catered by Bayside Bull. Menu items include: Beef BBQ, Hickory Smoked Pulled Pork Barbecue, Egg Potato Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Italiam Tri-Colored Pasta Salad with Fresh Cut Veggies, BBQ Baked Beans with Brown Sugar, Assorted Cookies and Brownies with Fresh Berries, and Fresh Potato Knot Rolls
4:30 p.m. - Midshipmen March
A Navy pregame tradition, the Midshipmen will march into the stadium, then stop to salute Ball State fans and Navy fans. The fly-over will follow shortly after.
5:00 p.m. - Kick-Off: Ball State vs. Navy Football
